  1. Hey thanks for creating this excellent resource for beginners. I was relatively new to couponing before I met a woman named Kim at a local store. She had a couple of carts full of groceries and was just finishing up when I got in line. When she gave the cashier a stack of coupons the lady gasped. There must have been a couple of hundred coupons. I don’t know if it was stupidity or wonder that made me stay there for nearly 20 minutes while they all got wrung up. She saved something like 250 dollars. After she was done I checked out. She was heading for the door when I asked how she had saved so much.

We talked for about 15 minutes and she said she had to go. She handed me a business card and said to call her. Long story short we got together and I learned more about it. I wish resources for couponing like this had been available then as this was nearly 10 years ago.

I still use coupons and regularly save 30-50% but just not dedicated enough to be a slave to my shopping.

Anyway thanks for all the great information.

    1. Hello, Couponing Queen

I am in desperate need of your wisdom. I am really interested in knowing how the people on extreme couponing from TLC or yourself does it?? I tried it at a few of the local stores that are in my area and I always get stopped at one (1) coupon per family/household, per purchase. And with the expiry dates. I’m not too sure how to go around or to make this work. If you can give me any advice I would be so grateful. Thanks a million ahead of time.
